Job Description

Responsibilities ? Landscaping? Development of new business, retention of existing customers, creating landscaping solutions for projects, building winning relationships with clients and suppliers, meeting the revenue growth targets and managing the operations and sales team.? Retention and servicing of existing clients.? Develop departmental budgets and operates within them.? Make recommendations for equipment or other asset purchases based upon targeted goals and operational needs.? Assume complete responsibility for actual Income Statement and Balance Sheet performance to budget and work to increase the net worth, reduce costs and increase cash flow of the division while constantly monitoring the volume of work.? Ensure all supervisory / managerial staff within the department have the necessary authority and are delegated adequate appraisable responsibility, required to carry out their assigned duties and achieve established goals.? Ensure all policies and procedures pertaining to branding, company documentation, project documentation, internal and external communication, change management processes, legal documentation, etc. are complied with, across the Division.? Keep abreast of competition, area growth trends, market studies and other circumstances of possible impact on regional operations. Keep abreast of legislative development and government actions affecting the Company.? Ensure the Approval Policy is complied with, across the Division, for all estimates, bids, pricing, contracts and change orders for work.? Ensure any required estimates are produced in a timely manner and in sufficient time to allow the sales and estimation team to generate proposals.? Conduct timely performance reviews of direct reports and takes corrective action.? Plan and direct staff development, establishing an environment that motivates staff and provides effective training. ? Ensure all contract files are set-up properly, contract reporting is timely and accurate and no contract activity goes unbilled.? Coordinate division advertising, marketing material, or press releases with Marketing Department. Ensures the Division?s image is projected in a manner that suits the Vision and Mission of the Company, and builds business value.? Manage collections and takes ownership of the Receivable balance, both existing and future.? Qualify/Disqualify any warranty issues and represent the Company in warranty resolution, after receiving necessary approvals as per the Approval Policy.? Any other reasonable tasks, as instructed by Management.Responsibilities? Kitchen Fit-Outs and Interior Products ? Retaining and servicing of existing clients.? Developing product lines and ensuring retention of the existing? Ensuring growth and exceeding pre-set sales targets by effectively managing the sales and operations team? Create, Design and implement a strategic business plan with focus on expanding the company?s customer base and reinstating its strong presence.? Be responsible for recruitments, setting objectives, coaching and monitoring performance of sales representatives and operations team.? Presenting sales, revenue, expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team? Identifying emerging markets and market shifts and being aware of new products and competition status? Development and implementation of an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; ? Planning and creating marketing and sales strategies in line with the overall goals and objectives of the company.? Preparation of research-based reports and sales forecasts for senior management.? Developing and managing annual sales and operating budgets, ? Performing direct customer sales in key areas ? Participation in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; ? Developing and implementing projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.? Be the face of the organization at meetings, conferences, exhibits, and other special events? Managing and developing client relations? Ensuring the clients are updated on project developments and work on building sustainable long-term client relationships? Coordinating with the finance team to ensure follow up with clients on payments ? Any other reasonable tasks, as instructed by Management.
