-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-Leadership Role-Fantastic work cultureOur client is searching for a manager with good business sense and knowledge in ESCAS.The JobYour responsibilities will include:Providing leadership, direction and strategy with respect to Inventory Management.Developing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and regularly monitoring key aspects of supplier performance.Improving overall inventory accuracy, accountability and reporting achieved by ensuring best practice process and procedures are in place.Monitoring all aspects of inventory flows and process and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and productivity.Coaching, motivating and developing team members and ensuring high operational standards.Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and other operations teams to plan for raw material availability.Working closely with Purchasing and Warehouse/Logistics departments to update delivery schedule and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, and delivery of raw materials shipments.Managing a team of 11-50 people.Ideal CandidateYou have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Inventory Manager or Project Manager within Agribusiness / Agritech.You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsRef: O9IX8RH1JN Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
