ROLE PURPOSE:The Parent Facilitator will be responsible for designing, planning, building the capacity of the parents, families and caregivers of the Syrian refugees in Za?tri camp and mentoring staff in execution and rollout of all parental involvement activities in the ECCD programKEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:Support the delivery of effective Programmes, in both development and humanitarian contexts, by:?? Revise, improve, pilot, and finalize better parenting program for the families in the camp.?? Support the volunteers in developing an implementation and expansion plan?? Develop training package and integrate it in the revised teacher training package? Reporting and documentation of all trainings related to better parenting program. As well as contributing to progress reports.? Ensure project quality implementation and represent the project in relevant meetings including the PTA technical committee?
