Scope of Work:The Livelihoods Assistant will supervise the activities of the self-help groups, home based business and other livelihoods activates under the supervision of Livelihoods project management and under the direct technical supervision of livelihood senior Officer The livelihood assistant will also conduct field outreach sessions to inform about LWF and find beneficiaries for the programming.?Duties:??? Serve as a link between LWF programs and the local community. For example.??? establishing and maintaining woman?s self-help groups, support of the establishment of Home base businesses, working with local tradesman to set up apprentices? schemes.??? Monitor beneficiaries enrolled in Vocational trainings.??? Working with established cooperatives and home-based businesses through participatory methods.???? Submit written monitoring and field reports after outreach sessions, with beneficiaries in Vocational trainings, self-help groups, home based businesses, tradesman.??? Assist and facilitate of workshops to support livelihoods activities.??? Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of livelihood activities, self-help group activities, established home-based businesses, tradesman involvement in apprentice schemes, cooperatives.??? Support regular data collection, conduct analysis of data and prepare reports to management.??? Work closely with livelihood senior Officer to establish and maintain a communication link with local interested groups and organization.??? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.?Responsibilities:??? Participate in prepare the procurment plan.??? Coordinate with logistic staff according to the car and driver for traveling to the field.??? Write needed PR?s and??? Ensure Syrians volunteers and beneficiaries are participating in program implementation. Document feedback from Syrian volunteers and beneficiaries to ensure learning are documented and feed back into programming.??? ?Ensure pre and post testing of livelihoods activities are carried out.??? Build capacity of the Syrian team, through regular mentoring, coaching.??? Plan and conduct outreach programs to inform about Key events and coordinate the assessment of new beneficiaries.??? Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of classes and activities.???
