Job Description

A leading Recruitment Agency in Maadi, Cairo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry. They should have a proven track record of generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, pitching services, and closing deals. They will also be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets. They should also have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to identify new market opportunities.   1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market
  2. Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  4. Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market opportunities
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets
  7. Prepare and present sales reports to management
  8. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source candidates for client requirements
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all stages of the recruitment process
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry
