NOK Human Capital is hiring Instructional Designer for one of the well known multinational E-commerce company.Job Responsibilities:- Review and update existing trainings to ensure compliance with new Amazon procedures and legal requirements.- Design and develop engaging and learner-centered training materials using interactive eLearning modules, videos, and multimedia production software such as Articulate 360, Storyline 360, and Rise 360.- Create e-learning modules, assessments, measurement tools, and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training programs.- Develop scalable modules to maintain consistency across all training programs.- Facilitate scoping meetings with subject matter experts and technical project leads to gather requirements and ensure effective training communication.- Support timely updates, revisions, and improvements of course syllabi and materials.- Act as the primary administrator for the LMS platform, overseeing all health and safety trainings.- Generate analytics dashboards to report on the performance of internal and external stakeholders, measuring satisfaction levels, completion percentages, and identifying areas for improvement.- Assist in the development of a reward program for external stakeholders to recognize and promote engagement in optional trainings offered- Support learning events, such as webinars and webinar programs including content review, event planning, and delivery assistance.- Assist in communicating safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
