Job Description

A. Guest Services

  • Promote marketing tools, packages, and Monkey Maze? features.
  • Answer the telephone professionally.
  • Explain location rules and game plays to guests.
  • Maintain professional records of any guest service deficiencies, complaints, or accidents.
  • Stay available in your section, assisting guests and monitoring kids for safety.
  • Operate the systems effectively.
  • Process payments (cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, receipts, refunds, credits, etc.).
  • Count money in the cash drawer and wristbands at the start and end of shifts to ensure amounts are accurate.
  • Understand and implement Cosmofun?s Quality Policy to meet ISO standards.
  • Commit to continuous improvement in service quality, reliability, and guest service excellence.
  • Complete training on safety measures, incident handling, emergency procedures, and communication protocols.
  • Provide guest services that exceed expectations to build guest loyalty.
B. Inventory Control
  • Monitor inventory in the cashier and snack areas.
  • Ensure merchandise is stored, presented, and maintained according to safety standards and Monkey Maze? presentation norms (Socks, wristbands, etc.).
C. Facility Maintenance
  • Ensure cashier, snack, and play areas are clean, safe, and secure.
  • Check that all cashier, snack, and play areas are functioning properly, and inform the Team Leader/Supervisor of any issues.
D. Safety
  • Help monitor the cashier, snack, events, and play areas for compliance with fire and safety regulations.
  • Handle minor incidents and report them to the supervisor on duty.
