A. Guest Services

Promote marketing tools, packages, and Monkey Maze? features.
Answer the telephone professionally.
Explain location rules and game plays to guests.
Maintain professional records of any guest service deficiencies, complaints, or accidents.
Stay available in your section, assisting guests and monitoring kids for safety.
Operate the systems effectively.
Process payments (cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, receipts, refunds, credits, etc.).
Count money in the cash drawer and wristbands at the start and end of shifts to ensure amounts are accurate.
Understand and implement Cosmofun?s Quality Policy to meet ISO standards.
Commit to continuous improvement in service quality, reliability, and guest service excellence.
Complete training on safety measures, incident handling, emergency procedures, and communication protocols.
Provide guest services that exceed expectations to build guest loyalty.

B. Inventory Control

Monitor inventory in the cashier and snack areas.
Ensure merchandise is stored, presented, and maintained according to safety standards and Monkey Maze? presentation norms (Socks, wristbands, etc.).

C. Facility Maintenance

Ensure cashier, snack, and play areas are clean, safe, and secure.
Check that all cashier, snack, and play areas are functioning properly, and inform the Team Leader/Supervisor of any issues.

D. Safety

Help monitor the cashier, snack, events, and play areas for compliance with fire and safety regulations.
Handle minor incidents and report them to the supervisor on duty.
