We are looking for a talented web designer to join our marketing team to help usenhance, improve and optimize the marketing sites of these products.?The primary goal of this role would be to help design and develop changes to the Wordpress-based marketing sites. This will involve understanding marketing requirements, creating pages from scratch, implementing them in the Wordpress framework and configuring them for optimal performance.Some examples of our marketing sites can be found at vfairs.com and talentera.com.?The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, sleek and artful web design that is also highly functional. This job is for you if you:? you are a self-driven and can execute from design concept to final hand-off toengineering with minimal supervision? you are an expert in designing on Wordpress and develop clean, responsiveHTML/CSS? you have a passion for design and can crank up Photoshop to design interfacesand social media visualsRESPONSIBILITIES? Manage, develop and design pages for marketing sites based on Wordpress? Create landing pages and implement them on Wordpress-based websites.? Knowledge of Wordpress plugins to achieve design requirements? Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Thisincludes wireframes and design mockups? Come up with creative, novel ideas for landing page designs and forms that followlatest design trends like responsive layouts and material design? Create mockups, wireframes, user flows and sitemaps to communicate interactionand design ideas? Extend existing established websites by creating pages that follow a specificbrand/style guides? Work with marketing team to develop creatives for social media and displayadvertising
