Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development or IT project management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex business challenges and a proven ability to lead technical teams of up to 10 people. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk management reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring transparency in project progress and addressing any roadblocks.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements within the project management domain.
  • Go the extra mile and burn the midnight oil when necessary, especially for pre-sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in project management, specifically within the tech or software development domain.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams of up to 10 people.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a keen sense of responsibility for delivering results.
  • Inquisitive and business-focused, eager to understand the challenges faced by clients and how technology can address them.
  • Must obsess about new technology, constantly staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.
  • A strong understanding of the ethical use of GenAI and a commitment to optimizing day-to-day work with GenAI, ensuring ethical practices are followed.
