Job Description

Deline Media group of companies is looking for a technical project manager ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will collaborate with the development team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires excellent project management skills, technical expertise, and a strong ability to communicate effectively.Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed as per the plan. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with various teams and departments to allocate resources, including human resources, to support project needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Proactively address any roadblocks to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. Conduct regular quality checks and testing as required.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management. Conduct regular meetings, produce project documentation, and provide project status updates as needed.
  • Change Management: Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. Assess the impact of change requests and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, defining project requirements, monitoring their performance, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and managing their expectations.
