In addition, the role also supports several automation initiatives to efficiency to operational processes.The role reports directly to the Manager NOC OSS & Sys Admin with an extended team of 11 team members.What does Specialist Service Desk & Data Analytics do?

  • Develop software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create and implementing the source code of new applications.
  • Provide Techno functional support for smooth running of Service Desk Platforms.
  • Test source code and debugging code.
  • Evaluate existing applications and performing updates and modifications.
  • Develop technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications.
  • Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
  • Work on variety of Automation & ETL Jobs to add process efficiency.
  • Prepare technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
