Job Description

Confiz is looking for a skilled and proactive SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The SEO Executive will be responsible for optimizing our website content and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.ÿResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify content optimization and expansion opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata for maximum visibility and relevance to target keywords.
  • Lead technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimization and performance improvements.
  • Plan and execute off-site SEO activities, including link building, outreach campaigns, and partnerships, to enhance website authority and domain credibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions, to track SEO effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt SEO strategies accordingly and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the SEO team, providing expertise and support in their professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience is required.
  • Have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth.
  • Extensive experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including website architecture, crawlability, indexation, and site speed optimization.
  • Experience in planning and executing off-site SEO activities, including link building, outreach campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
