  • Designing, coding, integrating applications.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (e.g. source code control, code reviews etc.)
  • Candidates should have a good understanding of .NET core concepts & ability to justify their answers. When presented a situation/scenario they should be able to justify their answer with a logical reasoning
  • Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation testing
  • Assist the other technical staff where needed and lead the effort in resolving technical challenges
  • Interact with the Project Manager frequently and provide feedback on progress, alert them of risks and help the PM develop a strategy to mitigate these risks
  • Using the latest design pattern to follow the best practices
