About the job Senior Recruitment Executive

  • Effective utilization of ATS and enhancement in automation dashboard reporting˙
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization
  • Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level.˙
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior˙Recruitment Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
