Job Description

TheSenior Human Resources Business Partner (SR HRBP) is a strategic roleresponsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. TheSR HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, acting as anemployee champion and change agent. The role involves formulating partnershipsacross the HR function to deliver value-added service to management andemployees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR topics including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master?s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
