Our mission is to cultivate aculture of high performance and develop the next bench of future tech leaders for the country.ÿThis is achieved by enabling our people with the necessary tools and frameworks to createmeaningful impact.Your Typical Day as Operations Manager Prime

  • Oversee Bazaars Prime distribution accounts including but not limited toOlpers and Mughal rice.ÿ
  • Driving and executing sales strategy and ensuring MoM profitable growth for accounts.
  • Managing market credit and ensuring no overdue credit amount and bad debt
  • Management of Last Mile function and its optimisation
  • Implementing good warehouse practices
  • Ensure inventory is 100% accurate across all systems
  • RTM management - which includes optimization and profitability as well.
  • Maintain market inventory hygiene, managing out of stocks and expiries
  • Analyzing and optimizing cost of operations
  • Dealing with prime partners on daily basis to settle claims and general cadence
  • Development of planned journey paths for onground sales team to ensure maximum productivity.
You Must Have
  • 5+ years of Experience in retail distribution industry
  • Experience in fulfillment, distribution & Sales
Bonus Points if you have
  • Experience working in retail industry
