Central A?Regional Business Head is a key influential role responsible for creating business opportunities and growth of organization?s footprint in the region by honing effective relationships inside and outside the Organization and leading a team of seasoned experts.All responsibilities are carried out with the objective to increase business volume and revenue within the scope of Organization?s policies and procedures, company objectives, SOPs, international best practices, guidelines from the Supervisor and PTA?s regulations.The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and has 7 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 180+ team members.What does Regional Business Head?Key responsibilities

• Responsible for bringing value to the business through finding creative ways of expanding and strategic development of channel.
• Ensure strong relationship management with internal senior leaders as well as external stakeholders in trade channel, government, and regulatory authorities.
• Establishing an effective roadmap for the team to prepare and support Company?s objective to achieve revenue targets through product & service positioning and channel profitability.
• Ensure that the team is aligned with the vision and remains motivated and equipped to fulfill short-term and long-term targets, while always ensuring that they exhibit Jazz values and are strong ambassadors.
• Driving the Region towards a more diverse and inclusive culture while focusing on creating a digital learning organization through people interventions.
• Builds strong influence across organization, while having limited control, to ensure the sales team can successfully collaborate cross functionally to achieve goals.

Key Deliverables

• Increasing market share by defining a clear business strategy for the teams to ensure organic growth, all the while tapping into new opportunities through business development.
• Apply data driven approach to read the market and determine sub region-wise revenue potential.
• Enhance the motivation and performance levels of the teams, to achieve business targets and revenue growth, through consistent communication.
• Translate divisional strategy into tactical plans for each sub region ensuring the revenue target is tactfully distributed among respective geographical landscape in line with the market potential.
• Working closely with various internal/external business leaders to maximize processes, identifying gaps and best practices in marketing and business development arena, to improve overall performance.
• Working towards strengthening the image of the company as a one window solution provider for the customer base of Central A.
