About the job Project Manager??

?Collaborate with Contractors, Consultants, Architects and to be able to follow through with all the necessary details prior to implementation.
Able to understand architectural and structural design process and have the capacity to align these for implementation.
Able to ensure compliance wherever and whenever required with necessary civic agencies including but not limited to LDA, WASA & Wapda etc.
Overseeing the various construction phases including that of procurement and availability of material required, scheduling and quality control.
Able to understand different strengths of concrete and prepare mixed designs to align with the projects strengths requirements.
Must be able to take tasks from Management for efffectively work.

Requirements:

?Ideal candidate must have Bachelors/Masters Degree.
Required Minimum 12 years of experience as a Civil ?Engineer, specific Industry Real Estate Only.
Should have a strong track record of overseeing and successfully delivering Hospitals, High-rise buildings and Hotels.
Age: 45-55.
Gender: Male.
