- The requirement is for a seasoned PM/Scrum master who can work with the Portfolio Manager and client-side stakeholders. - Ensure the workflow on JIRA is being followed by all the resources.- Lead all the SCRUM activities including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospective.- Ensure stories are properly estimated (story point estimation) and stories are clearly understood by developers and QA.- Ensure test cases are properly written for each story.- Judge early any signs of blockage or reduction in velocity and raise it with the portfolio manager.- Ensure every sprint has a demo with the team that is recorded and delivered to the client-side stakeholdersRequirements- 5 or more years of project management experience- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines- Strong written and verbal communication- Strong presentation skills
