Job Description

As a Project Coordinator owning the success of vFairs customers will be your job responsibility. You will be involved in the entire customer life cycle right from post-contract and throughout the duration of their subscription period.You will own and manage- Customer on-boarding experience- Create strong relationships with customers- Customer loyalty- Customer product adoption- Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables

  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
We are looking for an individual who is- Passionate about working with customers- Exercises sound business judgment and- Uses impeccable project management skills and act as a trusted consultant to help customers achieve their goals.Some ideal traits for this role are:- Professional. You?ll be liaising with high-level customers from world-renowned companies, universities and government organizations, so it?s important to be professional at all times. Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.- Analytical. You can review trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities.?- Mind of a Consultant. This is a highly consultative enabling you to assess the potential of a client and develop a strategy to help achieve success.
