Job Description

  1. Maintaining kitchen premises as per laid down Health & Safety rules.
  2. Ensuring kitchen equipment maintenance & monitoring repair.
  3. Ordering kitchen supplies.
  4. Overseeing deliveries.
  5. Checking invoices.
  6. Ensuring that stock levels are maintained and signed for.
  7. esponsible for the day to day efficient management of the kitchen and cost control.ÿ
  8. Assign in the menu development.
  9. Assisting the chef to keep high standards and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of executive chef.ÿ
  10. Working with close coordination.ÿ
  11. Conducting kitchen orientation session of new staff.
  12. Making the restaurant menu.
  13. Preparing staff rotation charts.ÿ
  14. Managing staff roster from softwares of attendance system.ÿ
Qualification
  1. Master/Bachelor degree in relevant discipline with min of 2-3 years experience
  2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Proven track record in driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and achieving measurable results
  5. Resilient, Inclusive and ambitious
