It is empowering the often non-service area of the retail landscape by offering extensive inventory choices, transparent pricing, and next-day doorstep delivery, all with a few clicks from a smartphone. Dastgyr aims to positively impact the countrys economy by helping offline grocery retailers, who contribute significantly to Pakistans GDP.About the Role:Dastgyr is looking for an experienced and talented Product Designer. The ideal candidate will understand the differences between UI and UX design and have a creative yet organized approach to tackling problems and devising solutions. Stong candidates have an eye for clean and artful design and are able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into an intuitive, functional, and delightful user experience. As a product designer, you will.

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to design and implement innovative solutions for the product interface and experiences
  • Conceptualize original idea that brings simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Job Requirements:
  • An updated design portfolio that showcases proficient design skills, product thinking, and problem-solving that include mobile apps and responsive websites
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Figjam, Miro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop
  • In-depth understanding of the latest product design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment
  • Experience in implementing UX design best practices to design solutions across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, phone, etc.) along with prototyping
  • Demonstrate experience using wireframing tools, storyboard, user flows, and prototyping
