- Youll maintain and advance the cloud infrastructure, based on Kubernetes, and Serverless Framework- Youll be building infrastructure for Business intelligence.- Youll improve the operational visibility of our production systems by advancing monitoring, alerting, and centralized logging infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, New Relic, DataDog and Graylog- Youll handle production incidents and write RCAs.- Youll maintain and advance the CI/CD pipelines using best practices, and work closely with our Dev Teams to support and improve the whole software development life-cycle.- Youll maintain the IaaC code base e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Terragrunt- Youll participate in Engineering decisions to improve our infrastructure further and processes.- Youll also help out to pitch the client- Youll mentor and support the Junior team members with your knowledge and experience.- You?ll be Scripting and/or coding skills include Python, Nodejs, CloudFormation Terraform, Powershell, and Bash)- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIsRequirements- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience- Minimum 4+ years of strong experience in the professional industry. The candidate is expected to be fully hands-on.- You have demonstrable experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering, preferably with microservices SaaS products.- Strong AWS Services knowledge and experience (GCP or Azure will be plus)- Excellent experience with tools such as Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKE), Terraform, Ansible and/or Docker, etc- Familiar with Istio / Helm operator design and workflow (plus)- Familiar with Kubernetes network model and disaster recovery- You have expert knowledge of AWS and topics surrounding high availability, failover, scaling, and security.- You must have some knowledge of Cloud Serverless Architecture- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines; CI/CD experience with multiple environments, including build and release systems (Preferable tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github actions, CircelCI, AWS code pipeline and google cloud build)- You must have experience in application containerization, orchestration, monitoring, logging, automation, and troubleshooting with the Kubernetes platform and related best practices.- You have run SQL and NoSQL in production e.g. MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis cache, BigqQuery, Dynamodb, or MongoDB.- You are an expert in the Linux operating system (i.e. administration, troubleshooting, and automation) with a strong understanding of foundational internet technologies such as HTTP/S, DNS, and TCP/IP.- Strong experience in scripting languages (preferably Python, Bash scripting)- You have experience building infrastructure for data warehousing and visualization for Business Intelligence.- You love to build great things together with your team and you have excellent communication skills.- You are a highly reliable person and you like to take ownership of your work and are a fast learner- Ability to work independently
