We are seeking an experienced People Culture and Operations Lead to join our team. The will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the companys mission and culture. This position requires an individual with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:?Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the companys mission, values, and culture?Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and industry standards?Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement?Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and programs?Develop and facilitate training programs for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs?Conduct investigations and resolve HR-related issues, complaints, and disputes?Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to HR policies and cultureRequirements?Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field?At least 2 years of experience in HR policy development and culture management?Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices?Excellent written and verbal communication skills?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills?Ability to work independently and as part of a team?Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities?Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations
