Job Description

We?re looking for an Paid Specialist with 3+ years of experience in our marketing team who will be collaborating with the marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns of the company.ÿResponsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness.ÿ
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across different business units.ÿ
  • Providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance to the team, including actionable recommendations.ÿ
  • Defining, setting, measuring, and evaluating relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns.ÿ
  • Overseeing the overall paid media budget.ÿ
  • Audience building for specific campaign groupsÿ
  • Analyzing campaign data to improve performance continuously.ÿ
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining ROI-focused targeted ad campaigns.ÿ
  • Conducting A/B testing for campaigns by continuously optimizing components like keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, and audience optimization.ÿ
  • Writing compelling ad copy to drive conversions.ÿ
  • Compiling and maintaining monthly campaign dashboards reporting and analysis of campaign performance.ÿ
  • Consulting with cross-functional teams on creating new content or landing pages to improve campaign performance.ÿ
  • Setting up conversion tracking and retargeting.ÿ
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing or related disciplineÿ
  • 3+ years as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space, including Google AdWords, Campaign Manager, Meta Advertisingÿ
  • Experience in the B2B Tech industry preferredÿ
  • Google, Meta, and advertising certifications preferredÿ
  • Exceptional grammar, research, fact-checking, writing, and editing skillsÿ
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skillsÿ
