Role Purpose:To support New Farming Ecosystem Lead in operations and striking the right partnerships relevant to creating the ecosystem. The role is operational in nature and requires extensive travel to ensure sound project execution on the ground. Solid execution and project management skills are a must to perform the job role effectively.Responsibilities:? Ability to think creatively and identify ecosystem partnerships that enable farmers and our 850+ Naya Savera franchises? Collaborate with external partners on areas including but not limited to Financing, Crop Insurance, Agronomy services, Application services, Weather services, Access to market, and other services valued by farmers and franchises? Establish linkages with Agri-tech based companies, value chain partners, services providers across the agri value chain to build the New Farming Ecosystem? Ability to operationalize conceived partnerships by collaborating with the market, sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders? Establish relations with other countries in Syngenta network to learn innovative ideas and best practices? Ability to manage and satisfy partner requests within agreed time-frames? Tabulate, present key findings, measure impact of partnerships? The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to work in the agriculture sector and improving the lives of farmersQualifications? Strong sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing background? Strong relationship-building skills and comfortable presenting in front of large audiences? Communication skills: the ability to express oneself with absolute clarity? Minimum 8 years of experience with strong commercial acumenEXPERIENCE? Master in Agronomy or related field. In addition, MBA / Project Management certification would be a plus? 5+ years in the Agri industry? Experience of at least 1-3 years in Agri Tech? Change management and transformation experience? Problem Solving and Decision Making? Any experience in building ecosystem partnerships across the value chain
