Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Manager Business Insights who can help us make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analytics, excel, and modeling, and should be able to structure raw data to create insights and dashboards that can guide the business.Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover insights that will help guide business decisions
  • Create and maintain data models to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and quality
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and create customized solutions
  • Identify areas where data can improve business performance and proactively suggest solutions
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes
RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (e.g. Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, modeling, and dashboard creation
  • Proven ability to structure raw data and create meaningful insights and reports
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in managing a team
