Strategies to enhance people capabilities to meet their career goals & organizational goals.Business, Clients and LearnersúUnderstand the country HR & Business strategies, and the overall Learning strategy.úCreate linkages amongst the strategies and make an operating Learning plan for the country.úEngages with clients, learners & key members of HR & CMT in country to accelerate the Learning agenda in a structured manner.úUnderstands the country needs and can match them to group offerings as far as possibleúDemonstrates knowledge of what would build people capability and augment programs with interventions that enable capability development.úEngages in performance consulting conversations with business at apt levels, using appropriate channels to identify learning and performance needs and provide optimal solutions.úCreate a process of effective pre and post learning engagement to promote, sustainability and effectively review the impact of learning interventions.úDrives Learning culture including self-learning in the markets supported through creative means and pulls learners to learning offerings effectivelyúPromotes and cascades the use of Learning technology to enhance Learning experienceúChampion the concept and practice of People Manager Coaching with leaders at all levels.úShare best practice insights with other Country / Region Heads through Community of Practice.

  • Working closely with the HRBPs to ensure aligned, holistic learning solutions to the Business
úHelp build exemplary service standards and improve the Net Promoter Score by enhancing customer engagement skills.úPassion for customers and for business and the ability to add value through Learning for business outcomes and for people developmentúDemonstrate excellent learning facilitator skills and expertise with an overall improved learning experience.Design and Development
  • Understands what good Learning design looks like. Is aware of latest trends in Learning.
úContinuously scanning the market practices or researching about effective learning tools.úCollaborates with facilitators and People Capability Heads to ensure that content development is in line with business needs and meets the needs of the customer and the learner in local environments.úRegular reviews of training content. Annual review and online / real time reviews as required or as per policy.úDevelop high-quality assessments ensuring creativity in methodology.úDemonstrates ability to liaison with Learners, their managers and business to check if the Learning outcomes are being achieved.úDemonstrates ability to liaison with Group product and Segment Heads and provides appropriate feedback on the learning outcomes and program designúExecution of Group aligned learning roadmaps for all the eligible population after getting buy-in from business and HR.People and Talent úDrive strong performance culture & improve efficiency/productivity levels.úUpskilling and re-skilling people to prepare a future ready workforce.úLiaison with HRBPs to identify talent and form high performance pool to create career pathways for staff and assist in making their growth plans.úBe a professional coach to all staff.
