Manage timelines and deadlines to meet the expectations of stakeholders.
Effectively communicate status, changes, and dependencies to applicable stakeholders throughout the project.
Marketing requests are processed and assigned to the team promptly as they enter the system i.e Jira and Asana.
Build and manage work back schedules, ensuring quality control throughout special projects.
Build necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Reviews deliverables for quality, accuracy, and functionality and ensures all project requests have been fulfilled.
Ensure deliverables comply with brand standards, are on schedule, and of superior quality;
Ensure all project documents are archived and posted to the publishing platform and digital asset management system.

Requirements

Must have knowledge of Project Management tools.Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to details and technicalities.
Excellent organizational and technical skills.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
