You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and assisting with the overall maintenance and operation of the IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical supportÿ
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
3. Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, operating systems, and drivers.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, including wired and wireless networks.
5. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
6. Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, software updates, and antivirus scans.
7. Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.
8. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or vendors, as necessary.
9. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
10. Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
3. Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications.
4. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac platforms.
5. Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
6. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
