Job Description

Arkhitech is seeking Interns in HR/Admin to provideÿadministration services for the recruitment and employment of staff, as well asÿmaintain and enhance the organizations human resources through training and implementation of policies, programs and practices.Major Duties & Responsibilities:ÿ

  • Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work
  • Training managers to coach and discipline employees and scheduling management reviews/conferences with employees.
  • Maintains historical human resource records.
  • Assisting/Counceling employees with work matters, career development, personal problems.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Take part in strategic management.
  • Manage day to day operations, finance, and HR related matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:ÿ
  • Graduate degree in a related field.
  • Interested in Admin/Finance,ÿHR, or strategic IT sales planning, business development, and business process improvement.
  • High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to understand and navigate through complex political environments
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, andÿprojections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
