About Dastgyr:Dastgyr is on a mission to simplify the inefficient retail supply chain by connecting retailers with suppliers via technology. It is empowering the often non-serviced areas of the retail landscape by offering extensive inventory choices, transparent pricing, and next day doorstep delivery -- all with a few clicks from a smartphone. Dastgyr aims to positively impact the country?s economy by helping offline grocery retailers, who contribute significantly to Pakistans GDP.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving MoM growth of the vertical while adhering to certain GMV Targets
  • Build and lead a team of highly motivated and capable individuals, enable their growth, and leverage them to bring excellence in new vertical
  • Serve as a liaison between existing business team and newly launched chemicals vertical
  • Responsible for managing the supply, operations, and growth team.
  • Team building, management of existing team and providing them required trainings on as and when required basis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and drive them to work in the best interest of the company
  • Responsible for lesioning with multiple suppliers to onboard them
  • Partnering with the manufacturers to crack business deals in the best interest of the company
Develop scalable mechanisms for visibility and tracking of key performance metricsIn addition to the above, successful candidate will require to demonstrate strong people management, effective communication, and leadership skills to effectively partner up with other stakeholders (both internally and externally)Job Requirements:
  • 03 to 5 years of industry related professional work experience,
  • Be able to break complex problems into simpler ones with the approach to solve them,
  • Show high intellectual curiosity by nature,
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team and in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Be interested in creating huge impact
