  • Experience as Oracle Core HR Talent Management Lead
  • Experience in Fusion HCM Module Suite such as Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, HR Helpdesk
  • Experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementation, Support and Upgrades
  • Experience in leading the designing, building and implementing enhancement to HR processes and structure
  • Experience of connecting Oracle HCM to third party solutions via native integration, extract and middleware
  • Experience in setting up HCM role security and uploading registration certificates
  • Experience in redwood design of Oracle, fusion cloud applications and transition from classic UI to redwood UI
  • Experience in oracle visual builder OIC, Process Automation
