Learn more about us in Forbes and TechCrunch.As an HR generalist, you will run the daily functions of the HR department, including, but not limited to, recruitment, administering compensation & benefits, and enforcing company policies & practices.Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets.
  • Required to travel often intercity and out of city once a month.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Design assessments to effectively test hard skills of the candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, grievance handling, performance and talent management, and training and development.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
