Grade Level: ContractualLocation: LahoreLast date to apply: Aug 31st, 2022What is HR Business Partner - Central A?As HR Business Partner (HRBP), your role is to understand business challenges with regards to people and provide solutions with the help of HR teams and COE keeping in view the overall organizational objectives and values. You will work closely with HR Business Partnership team and supporting them in effective execution of frameworks and strategy.The role reports directly to the Lead HR Business Partner.What does HR Business Partner - Central A do?

  • Provide support to Business Partnership team in execution of frameworks (learning & development, performance management, annual salary reviews, headcounts and employee engagement) as per instructions from Centre of Excellence (COE).
  • Assist Business Partnership team in managing employee engagement whilst understanding business challenges.
  • Support in identifying business requirements after communicating with relevant COE?s and work on effective solution designs.
  • Bring together the combined HR solutions and take ownership of the HR processes.
  • Ensure integration of priorities into the business planning process.
