We provide a challenging and supportive environment where employees can nurture and grow their careers.As a Functional Consultant Intern, you will be involved in gathering and analyzing information from stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the system. Creating documents and mapping business processes to identify and streamline workflows. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Management Sciences, Business, Engineering or equivalent.Must-Have Skills:

  • Passionate and driven about personal and professional growth.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to document meticulous details around business processes.
  • Work with business to write test cases to test business requirements and help execution and tracking.
  • Ability to drive issue resolutions, decision making process and co-ordinate with other teams (internal or external 3rd party teams).
