Serving as an indispensable partner on topics requiring economic, financial inputs and expertise, the Finance Division manages Accounting and Financial Reporting, Tax, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Treasury, Business Management and Analysis, and its internal and external audit partners.Our vision is to excel in providing accurate and timely data, demonstrate integrity in relationships, and foster a keen focus on providing insight to our internal and external stakeholders.The ENTERTAINER is looking for a Financial Analyst to assist in the managerial planning and commercial decision-making tasks by providing appropriate financial information and undertaking related accounts administration.The Financial Analyst will?

• Create business reports, analyse trends, and perform analysis to support business decisions. The role has close and frequent interaction with the traffic channel leaders, and requires combination of strong analytical skills and business sense
• Lead weekly and monthly management reporting including the preparation of monthly forecasts
• Track and analyse costs and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Monitor variances and discrepancy follow-up
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analysis
• Handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously to ensure the timely handling of data information and reporting
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders in the organisation to design and implement strategies
• Assisting finance team in preparation and submission of tax and VAT returns

• MBA or Masters in finance or a professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAP, etc.
• 5 years of Management Reporting / Financial Analysis Experience. Additional tax compliance experience is preferrable.
• Advanced analytic, financial modelling and financial reporting skills
• Proven, expert level ability within Excel and PowerPoint
• Examples and prior history of working with large sets of detailed data while identifying and communicating key principles and observations
• Expert ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
• Ability and prior experience working alone and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high quality analysis conclusions to management
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skillsÿ
