Job Description

Position Title: Executive - Vendor SupportDepartment: Vendor OperationsLocation: Karachi / LahoreWe?re looking for a highly-driven and motivated ?Executive - Vendor Support? for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor ? comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Vendor Engagement Lead.Responsibilities:

  • Able to respond to vendor inquiries about their personal information update like Bank Account Details, contact details, location update etc.
  • Make sure the appropriate vendor data is updated as requested by the vendor.
  • Able to resolve cases with the TAT.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Exposure to process improvements, quality tools and methods
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and form strongrelationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders
  • Quick learner and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Tools: Backend, Salesforce, Restaurant portal, Ops Portal, Excel, Powerpoint, Gsheets
