Job Description

Job Title: Customer Sales RepresentativeLocation: DHA Phase 1, LahoreJob Timings: 4 PM to 1 AM or 5 PM to 2 AMWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads generated through our website and providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads submitted by customers through our website forms.
  1. Sales Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our services and closing sales over the phone.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any issues or inquiries related to their trips and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure all customer needs are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work the specified hours
