Job Description

As a Brand Manager for Aetmaad.com, you will be responsible for managing the brand image, ensuring high visibility and consistency in the marketing activities, keeping the communication channels open with customers, and building customer loyalty. You will be closely working with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to manage the brands reputation and increase its reach.Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase the brands visibility and promote its services.
  • Develop and maintain the brands image, tone, voice, and identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team in developing visual and content materials to be used in different marketing channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, website, and other online platforms to ensure the consistency and relevance of the brands message.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use the insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Devise and implement customer retention programs to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor and report on the brands performance metrics, including market share, customer satisfaction ratings, and other relevant indicators.
