Job Description

The RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Fresh Graduate to join our Web Frontend Development team as an Associate Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of responsive and visually appealing web applications. You will work closely with experienced engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the design and architecture of web applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement frontend designs.
  • Assist in the development of responsive user interfaces, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional web interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and best practices adherence.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web frontend development to continuously enhance your skills.
  • Contribute to the documentation of code, processes, and best practices to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for web frontend development and a desire to build exceptional user interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, (Bootstrap, Tailwind), and JavaScript, along with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
