The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in .NET technologies, combined with the ability to effectively manage and lead development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Serve as a technical authority on .NET technologies, providing guidance and expertise to development teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in .NET development.
Project Management:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Team Leadership:
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the teams success.
Architecture and Design:
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of .NET-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Communication:
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations.
Problem Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve technical and project-related challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
