Job Description

Programmers Force, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Assistant Manager HR to support our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development. If you are a self-starter with a passion for HR and a strong desire to learn, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire orientation and training.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide support for performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of employee engagement events and initiatives.
