From our restaurants-partners, cloud kitchens and cloud grocery stores ? foodpanda is just one tap away, getting everything you need into your hands quickly and conveniently!foodpanda is looking for a talented individual to join the team as Assistant Accounts Payable,in Pakistan.The role is based in Lahoreand will report into Executives Accounts Payable.Responsibilities:

  • Initiating Source to Pay process.
  • Conducting and ensuring 3-way matching as per compliance.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Management through various channels of communication.
  • Vendor Account reconciliations & Follow-ups with supporting data collected from weeklyreporting.
  • Facilitate & Conduct monthly Audits at warehouse level.
  • Ensure timely payments for business partners, adhering to credit terms.
  • Maintaining pertinent records for payments, reimbursements & reconciliations.
  • Facilitating Commercial & Pricing Team to ensure up-to-date price structure & highlightdiscrepancies.
  • Facilitating Ops/Warehouse team by highlighting GRN issues and provide support for timelycorrections.
  • Facilitating LM in the following tasks: SAP posting, Advance Payments, Internal Teamcoordination, GRNI consolidation.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the LM.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in similar role
  • Diploma or bachelors in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant field.
  • Proficient in Excel
