Job Description

Education: B.ComLocation: LahoreAccounts

  • Provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors for all payables
  • Record transactions, data entry & assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Reconcile finance accounts and process reimbursement forms
  • Ensure all payments amounts & records are accurate.
  • Coordinate with operations department to collect and verify expense data
  • Keep a track of all payables and receivables of business by Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
  • Handle petty cash, create payment vouchers and disbursements.
  • Record keeping of all staff loans and advances
  • Maintain and update payment tracker Administration
  • Procurement of Kitchen and Stationaries items
  • Maintain personal files of CEO
  • Coordinate with Vendors for all repair and maintenance related work
  • Keep a database of all vendors for smooth administrational work
  • Make sure that all the procurement is cost effective
  • Make sure that office boy and guard are following their daily SOP?s a assigned by Management
  • Make sure office is properly cleaned and is good conditions all the time
  • Handing of cash for bank transactions
  • Outdoor visits to banks and other places as and when required
  • Must maintain all physical files of all work
