Amaken is currently hiring for a New Restaurant a Bar Manager Position to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.The Responsibilities:- Supervise all the business aspects of a bar- Managing inventory, hiring, training and overseeing staff, maintaining a budget, managing operations, conducting marketing, restaurant SEO, bar promotion and driving sales- Ensure Bar cleanliness and safety- Great cooking skills and attention to details- Training for new cocktail menus with excellent knowledge of all kind of cocktails- Build relationship with clientele and keeping customers entertained- Managing budget and keeping records- Work on floor with waiters, upselling, staff roaster, customer service- Ability to meet targets- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibility for the premises
