We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our Fishing & Remedial (F&R) Workshop Operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of maintenance, quality, and HSE performance while supporting Field Operations.Key Responsibilities:-· Plan, organize, and oversee all F&R Workshop activities to deliver superior service to clients.· Manage mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of Fishing, Milling, Side-Tracking, and Drilling Tools.·Supervise Workshop Operations, including machining, welding/redressing, grinding, and mechanical repairs.·Promote a strong HSE and Quality culture across all Workshop functions.· Ensure compliance with all Testing and Inspection Procedures for tools and equipment.· Coordinate with Field and Logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of Fishing, Milling and Side-Tracking packages.Qualifications & Experience:-·Proven experience in Fishing & Remedial Workshop Operations within the Oil & Gas industry.·Technical knowledge of Fishing/Milling and Side-Tracking tools and maintenance procedures.·Strong leadership and organizational skills.· Excellent understanding of HSE and Quality Management Systems.
