Job Description

Workshop & Services Manager is the fully responsible for all services for various of equipments , machines vehicles, trucks Monitor that aims at reaching best customer experience and delivery of equipments for customers making the best uptime; the responsibility include but not limited to following:

  • Increase customer satisfaction by providing a superior after sales support for various leading customers.
  • Supervise & manage all PDIs and AML activities weather at the workshop floor or at customers site
  • Allocate technical staff for assign job order to proper technical staff for troubleshooting equipment
  • Responsible for optimum utilization of resources available for the workshop in terms of machinery, manpower, utilities, consumables etc for the various jobs being conducted for various clients.
? To ensure that the activities of the workshop are well coordinated in order to complete the jobs received within the allocated time frame, quality parameters, class requirements and budgeted cost.
  • Coordinate with customers for planning and scheduling of activities prior to commencement of work and ensure appropriate approvals for the same.
  • Control all warranty claims with suppliers for various number of brands
  • Increase technical capabilities for the technical team and make sure the adhere to manufactures work procedures
  • Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures

  • Promote all types of maintenance contracts , spare parts and design packages that meets with manufacture , organization and customer requirements
