As a Whole Manager, you will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of wholesale Staff. May perform duties such asbudgeting and accounting, in addition to supervisory duties. To collaborate with and assist the Salesmanager to increase sales, assigning tasks to sales representatives, controlling expenses, implementingcompany policies, and monitoring staff performance.Your scope revolve Supervisors, reporting to the Head of the Sales/ Sales Manager, Manages all Client relationships. Managingprocess within the scope of wholesale operationsJob Role:1. Coordinate, oversee and deliver an annual Wholesale Sales operating plan.2. Responsible for assessing the staff in addition to the sales responsibility.3. Assess the business and develop Wholesale business plans that support corporate initiatives and trackthe results.4. Ensures individual productivity and sales results are recorded daily.5. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.6. Hunt for new Wholesaler Opportunities.7. Achieve budgeted sales growth through developing strategies and Staff development8. Hire, lead and develop experienced customer focused Sales teams that represent the ideals of Wholesale,with a focus on exceeding customer expectations9. Ensure Senior Management is fully informed of Wholesale?s operational achievements.10. Monitor Monthly Sales reports to compare results against Quarterly targets11. To review and act accordingly to mystery shopper results12. Generates ideas about future Wholesale activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to dateknowledge of the market, competitors and trends13. Identify business critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of product tactics and strategies.14. Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost effective stock generation.
