This position requires someone with a current and active Top Secret clearance.REQUIREMENTS:

  • This support may include initializing, placing into operation and the troubleshooting software interfaces of JADOCS.
  • experience in the Army?s warfighting functions of movement and maneuver, fires, intelligence, sustainment, command and control, protection and will be able to meet the challenges of any changes in systems for which the trainers will need to train.
  • This support may include initializing, placing into operation and the troubleshooting software interfaces of JADOCS.
  • Able to assist new users with managing system requirements to include data management, data recovery, and techniques to operate/maintain records; provide over the shoulder tech assist or training, troubleshoot, software installation, software updates, and software fixes and be capable of being able to provide other required support.
  • Must be capable of performing analyses of system operations.
  • Military experience is desirable.
Primarily supports software family of systems: Fires - includes field artillery digital coordinating systems. Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Pocket-Sized Forward Entry Device (PFED), CENTAUR Light Weight Technical Fire Direction System, and similar handheld device) and Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS). Specializes in supporting Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of experience
  • Must have a current and active Top Secret clearance
  • Must be able to obtain a Security+ certification prior to start
